If you are joining us on this journey we have ONE WEEK TO GO! How are you feeling? Majority of us are feeling great! Feel lighter, more energy and making some real improvements in our daily habits. I personally am not missing my typically breakfast which consisted of a tortilla with cheese. Eating a more nutrient dense breakfast sets the tone for the entire day helps keep us energized.
